PLAY FAIR COLLECTIVE
Youth and high school sports are supposed to teach fairness, discipline, and teamwork.
But too often, the lessons get lost behind closed doors — replaced by selective rule enforcement, retaliation, or decisions made without transparency.
Play Fair Collective was created by parents who saw the cracks in the system and decided to do something about it.
We’re not lawyers. We’re not lobbyists. We’re parents, coaches, data analysts, and journalists who believe accountability shouldn’t depend on who has power — it should depend on the truth.
Our mission is to make integrity the standard, not the exception.
